Neilson photography is a photographic studio specialising in production of the highest quality jewellery and product photography. We understand that your image is the only tool you have to convey the beauty and uniqueness of your product to your clients through the visual media.

Over the past few years we have shot thousands of images for use in web and print. With images appearing in Vogue, No1 magazine, most UK trade shows, Discovery Channel advertising and a plethora of contemporary jewellery designers and established jewellery businesses both in the UK and Europe.  If you need more than a simple set of shots, we also work with models when required and shoot with creative direction from graphic design agencies to produce entire marketing campaigns.

With the explosion of low cost digital imaging, the need for professional imaging is all the more important. We use the finest photographic imaging equipment on the market, high resolution Phase One digital backs. These give colour accurate, high dynamic range images  that match the quality of large format film photography, previously accessible only to corporate diamond jewellery businesses due to its massive cost. When these images are viewed side by side with consumer digital equipment currently being used by a large percentage of companies, the contrast is truly breathtaking, and its that difference that makes our clients sell their product in such a competitive market.

Our new studio, opening on 27th December 2007, is ideally placed in the centre of Glasgow so can be reached easily reached by our UK and European clients.  Alternatively, stock can be shipped to us by mail or courier, as preferred by the majority of our clients.  With this we offer a shoot and return service with all images being available for proof online.
