What information do we collect & how do we use it?

When you submit your details as an exhibitor on uk-craft,
all but your contact name will be available to the public
via the uk-craft site. We use the contact name if we have
to contact you in regard of your entry to uk-craft.
As a general user we do not collect any personal information

Do we share your information with outside parties? |
No, we do not share our information with any third parties.
But, as mentioned above, all details (except your contact
name) you submit to uk-craft when joining as an exhibitor
are available to the public via the uk-craft site. |

Who looks after the information? |
Uk-craft and it’s data is administrated by the uk-crafts administrator. |

How do you protect exhibitor information? |
As required by the UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow
strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of
information, which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised
access. At this time, this only applies to your contact name
as all other information regarding exhibiting on uk-craft
is publicly accessible. |

What about cookies? |
Cookies are small text files transferred to your computer
by a website to enable web servers systems to recognize your
browser. An example of their use is Amazon’s purchase
tracking, they use a cookie to recognise you, so when you
return to Amazon they greet you by name and show you a personalised
page with your tailor made recommendations.
Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can
usually change your browser settings to prevent this.
If you use Exhibitor logon, uk-craft uses a temporary cookie
to keep you logged in as you move through the site. Once you
logoff, close the browser or do not browse uk-craft for 25
minutes, the cookie is automatically destroyed.
