The services available at http://www.uk-craft.com provides its service to you, as described more fully in these Terms and Conditions (the "Service") via the uk-craft.com website (the "Site") subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). Uk-craft.com may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will notify such changes to you by uploading them on the Site. You should review the Terms & Conditions periodically for changes at www.uk-craft.com. These terms and conditions are subject to English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

This user agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to using our services available under www.uk-craft.com. You must read and agree with and accept all the terms and conditions to use all services via the uk-craft website. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions then please refrain from using the Site.

Site description
Uk-craft.com is an online resource for designer-makers to exhibit, sell and promote their work. It allows users of the site to buy, search and view the work of British designer-makers.

Terms
The terms "you" and "your" refer to you, the buyer/shopper. The terms "we" "our" and "us" refer to www.uk-craft.com and the uk-craft Galleryshop. The terms 'seller' and 'designer-maker' and 'exhibitor refer to a uk-craft member.

sellers
An exhibitor/seller is a seller of goods and/or services who has subscribed to www.uk-craft.com and Service to use the Site and Service for the promotion and sale of their products and/or services.

buyer/shopper
A buyer/shopper is anyone who buys goods and/or services directly from a uk-craft seller via www.uk-craft.com

Disclaimer
We are committed to maintaining a family friendly website therefore we consistently monitor the content of all exhibitors submissions to the directory and the galleryshop All Submissions are subject to approval prior to them appearing on the live website and we reserve the right to edit or remove any item subsequently added. Under no circumstances will uk-craft.com be liable in any way for any content posted by sellers, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the website or service. We are not responsible and shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from or in connection with any exhibitor's directory entry or galleryshop products.

Uk-craft.com acts as a facilitator for exhibitors/sellers to exhibit and sell their products and for Shoppers to buy goods and/or services.

If the buyer/shopper makes a payment for any goods or services, such payment is made directly to the seller, the transaction is directly between the buyer/shopper and the Seller. Once a buyer/shopper has purchased a Seller's product or service, it is the seller's responsibility to provide confirmation of order, insurance of goods in transit and any questions about delivery.

Any complaints from buyers/shoppers, issues relating to damage of goods, returns and refunds are solely the seller's responsibility. Uk-craft.com does not take responsibility for any transactions carried out between individual exhibitors and their customers. Any of the designer makers offering online shopping facilities do so through an independent PayPal account.

Uk-craft.com does not possess at any time any items offered through the website and Service. We are not involved in transactions between sellers and buyers/shoppers. Uk-craft.com is not responsible for ensuring that sellers and buyers/shoppers complete a transaction.

Individual exhibits both in the directory and the galleryshop are maintained by the respective designer-maker. If you have any enquiries about any craftwork you see on this website please contact the exhibitor concerned directly.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and HTML, is the property of www.uk-craft.com, its owner and/or its suppliers, and any third party content is used by www.uk-craft.com pursuant to express authorisation from copyright owners or their agents. You acknowledge that all copyright and other intellectual property rights in and relating to www.uk-craft.com or its contents are vested in www.uk-craft.com, its owner and/or its suppliers where appropriate. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner, whatsoever. It should be noted that all exhibitor's retain copyright in their own artwork..

Accuracy
We have made every possible effort to ensure that the content of www.uk-craft.com is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to amend any errors or omissions at our discretion and will endeavour to do so at the earliest opportunity.

Please be aware that the colours and appearance of artwork or products may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen. The items have been photographed at a high resolution but are displayed on the website at a lower level to enable acceptable download times.

Misuse of uk-craft.com
We reserve the right to refuse access to our services to anybody who misuses www.uk-craft.com in any way. You must not interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, any of the workings of the website or any information held by us.

This website contains links to other websites which are owned and maintained by third parties. We have no control over these third parties, the contents of their websites or their activities. We have no liability or responsibility in relation to such third parties, the contents of their websites or their activities. Complaints about a specific exhibitor/seller or product must be directed to the exhibitor/seller concerned through the contact details provided on their uk-craft directory exhibit. If a resolution has not been made between both parties then either/both parties should put their complaint in writing via email: admin@uk-craft.com.
